It’s no surprise I love a sweet little dessert once a day, whether it be a piece of dark chocolate or froyo or a cookie. This recipe I found years ago and it was buried until just recently when I found it and decided to make it for a little sweet treat. With the help of my niece and nephew we made the recipe for Flourless Almond Butter Brownies and they loved them.
Super easy to make this!
1 cup creamy almond butter
1/3 cup honey
1/4 tsp salt
1/2 tsp baking soda
1/2 cup chocolate chips
Mix all the ingredients in a bowl and pour the mixture into a greased 8×8 baking dish. Put the dish into a 350 degree oven for 10 minutes and remove the dish and swirl the batter with a knife and put back into the oven for another 15 minutes until a toothpick comes out clean.
These would be a delicious base for a brownie sundae.
